Absolutely phenomenal level of customer service. Due to a shipping error on the shop app, I Received my Puffco Peak pro a day after scheduled day on shop app. I absolutely love it. Cream City had the absolute best price points. To top it all off I got a call from the CEO himself apologizing for the confusion and sent me a pack of free terp pearls! Couldn’t get any better!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Thieves and liars. Order placed the 19th it has said they created the label since then but usps has not received a package. I was told usps was “behind” a week ago. Writing this review on the 30th called usps they told me to contact my bank as well as local authorities that this order is fraudulent. Alex from support has been zero help won’t refund me continues lying the specific usps location that they are using on my tracking told me that there is no back up. Now have to deal with fraud at my bank and the police. Shop at your own risk.

have ordered multiple times off the website and always have gotten prompt service and normally quick shipping, the only time there was a delay they gave a heads up on what was going on right away and kept me in the loop the entire time. super helpful via email or in discord

I ordered from CCV and at first I was kinda skeptical just from other experiences but then I had the honor of not only meeting some of the staff, but also the owner too. They’re an amazing team of people and they go above and beyond for every order. I ordered a bundle that was a mistake and wasn’t supposed to have an item but when I brought it to the attention of the staff, they immediately reassured me I would still get said item and took fault. Not only are they an online shop, but they’re also a community. They genuinely treat their customers like they’re family, new or old.

Ordered a few things and had a few questions. Reached out to customer service and they were awesome. Answered all my questions and double checked my shipping to make sure it got out that day. Would definitely recommend!

I won a giveaway back in January for some accessories but never got any info after the fact. I waited about a month to contact them to which they responded very quickly. They said that it was a miscommunication and they would talk to the shipping department about it and I left it at that. A month later i recontacted them and then Dan messaged me back apologizing about what happened. He proceeded to package everything up that instant, sent pictures of the package, then next day aired it out to me! I got everything said in the giveaway and a few extra goodies for the mishap. Honestly, Dan is a stand up character, he went above and beyond to make sure I got the giveaway. Many other places would do giveaways just to gain followers but never follow thru with giving the product. CCV is different. Bless them

I order from CCV consistently, they’re (almost) always available to to talk to me and work out any issues I have with the order. I’ve only ever received the standard priority usps shipping (usps can be a hassle sometimes, but the customer service makes up for it) so it does take 4-7 days to get there, but it’s like Christmas when that package comes in. I always recommend them, due to my past experiences going so smoothly
